  • Located in Paso Robles in the California Central Coast, we are a short eight-minute walk to downtown from 17th and Chestnut streets, offering a convenient rental for Paso Robles adventure seekers. Do not miss this easy access to shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms, as well as festivals and events in the central park. This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. This lovely home sleeps six and has all the conveniences for a perfect stay: AC, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven. - Spacious Granite topped kitchen with sit-up counter/bar - Vaulted ceilings in living area, ten-foot ceilings in bedrooms with Ceiling fans - Beautiful Tumbled Travertine showers with granite topped large vanities - Bay windows - Private extra-long garage with private house access - Full Laundry Facilities - Quality Mattresses and Linens. Newly landscaped yards, backyard fully fence for privacy, with hardline BBQ. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0190.

    ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control*** There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
    ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Great weekend with family

Stayed at this property with my husband, brother and sister in law, and their two kids (3 and 5 1/2). The house was easy to access, walking distance to convenient shops, restaurants, and a park. It was very clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The set up worked well for two families sharing a space, with two of the bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Communication with home owners was easy and brief.

Perfect location with everything we needed

It was a perfect location to walk to downtown and walk back after dinner. Each of the 3 rooms have a King bed and great linens. Both bathrooms were also good with nice ammenties. The kitchen had everything including lots of wine glasses :) Thank you for an awesome stay. I hightly recommend it.

Great stay great location!

This was our second time staying at Charm on Chestnut and it was another perfect stay. The house is always so comfortable and in excellent shape with all the updated, necessary amenities readily available. Steve does a great job of checking in to ensure we have everything needed, including a selection of brochures for the local businesses. This place is a true gem! Better Than Great!

Charm on Chestnut exceeded everything described in the listing. Check in was not just easy - it was in person! Steve answered all our questions, gave recommendations for restaurants, activities, and area attractions. The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and furnished with everything you need. Both Steve and the house were truly charming and made our stay in Paso a wonderful get-a-way!

Peaceful and Comfortable

We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and fresh feeling at Steve and Dawn’s home. The beautiful front garden greeted us and our black lab loved exploring the back yard. Steve was kind enough to interrupt his schedule and accommodate our dropping off a car and luggage earlier than our planned time of entry. Loved the high ceilings, gorgeous bathrooms and lovely touches- like the binder with clear instructions and Paso recommendations, the abundance of books and games, the closeness to downtown and Seattle’s Best coffee waiting for us. Also, what a treat to not be asked to strip beds, take out the trash, etc. when leaving.I strongly recommend this home!
