It was loud, you can hear the people upstairs, doors closing, hallway noise and the AC unit rattled enough to wake us each time it turned on. Pet friendly which was great. Slow, slow elevators. ..."

"The breakfast staff didn’t keep silverware available one day. No milk another day. No real cream for the coffee. Our suite had a nice couch, but no table. The Oaks is in wine country and used to have real glasses in the rooms. No more."

"The property is conveniently located next to the freeway and some restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had two rooms and my only reason for taking one star off is that one of the rooms had a roach in it."
