Clean and comfortable rooms, and staff allowed for early check-in which was very convenient. I would recommend the facility owners to install smaller lamps next to the bed as there is only the bright main light."

"I paid for my stay though cheap tickets. It was prepaid and they over charged me and charged me for stay again. I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days. "
