"We stayed at the Torra for 4 nights. The hotel was impeccable with many small details that we appreciated-coffee machine, beach towels, sun umbrella and loofa sponges. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive however for the area (remote and not close to anything).
The personnel were great and responsive.
The only improvement we would propose is to have better internet and sign in process. The speed was quite slow and the system was set up where we had to sign in every day and go through...
"Das Hotel wird vom Vater und seiner Tochter Alba geführt. Beide sind sehr freundlich, symphatisch und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Alba, die sich außergewöhnlich um die Gäste kümmert, ihr war kein Weg zuviel. Das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge war sehr schön. Das Highlight war das gute Frühstück auf dem privaten Balkon. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse ist ausgezeichnet und es lohnt sich nicht, woanders zu essen."
"Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet.
Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. Beispiel Bruchstück: Wir mussten dem Herrn alles mühsam sagen. Teller fehlen, Gläser fehlen, Orangenjus fehlt, nur noch 1 Gipfels vor Ort, dürfen wir noch...
