"Tried to upsell the room. When my husband went to the office to ask for another pillow and towel, the same man told him NO. Never in my life has such a simple request been denied. "Large deck with a good view. Beautiful bathrooms with large showers. Extremely comfortable mattress. Well equipped kitchen. Very private but also close to Jasper and the Cliff House.The property isn’t very suitable for anyone with any mobility issues, the stairs were steep and narrow."
