"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"The place is clean and quiet. Added bonus of fresh towels daily given without requesting for it at all plus just an hour or so drive to Tokyo! Our new favorite place!❤️"

"The staff was nice but the facility is old and moldy everywhere. We couldn’t find any other hotels that were available to we stayed but I don’t think I would stay there again because of how old and moldy it was. "

"We had a great experience at this hotel. Shinjuku station was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Some of the hotel reviews mention hot rooms. Ours was the opposite. It was very very cold and the only other option was off, and then it would be stuffy.
In all, it was a great stay for the price and I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends. "
"The hotel was nice and clean and there were restaurants around the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It would have been perfect if there was a fitness center."
"Excellent location to trains and sight seeing. Bar/restaurant on site. Fairly quiet room. Coin laundry. Comfy beds. Medium room very small- barely room for 2 small roller bags- cannot leave them open. Deluxe room better for space. Pajamas provided and tea and kettle in room "
"The hotel was very convenient for us. It was our first time traveling out of the country and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. I felt very comfortable here and they helped and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and the location was great for shopping and eating but also off to the side away so it’s not loud when trying to sleep at night. "
