We just came back from family vacation for 10 days.it was amazing,hotel ,stuff so friendly helpful,pools my kids enjoyed every moment. The room was so nice clean and the beds were so comfortable. The food also was good,every night was a different kind of food various choices. Would definitely go back again,our housekeeper Gabriela kept our room clean each day. Bartender Pedro was so nice and friendly every time we were at the pool bar. Also we took the bus few times and visited another Royal Sand Hotel which was very nice,the pool was so much bigger and also had aqua park for kids. I can't say enough about this place but will definitely go back again there!
