Had a really great stay here! The hotel was nice, comfortable, and in a great location. Housekeeping was great, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. I also tried the massage service which was excellent and such a relaxing experience. Only small note for makeup wearers: I’d recommend bringing a makeup mirror or small ring light. The bathroom lighting wasn’t the best for getting ready, and every time I got in the elevator I realized I couldn’t fully see my makeup application in the room lighting Overall though, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful, spacious hotel very conveniently located in up-scale, safe Polanco neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants around. Clean room with small corner sofa overlooking the park with comfy beds. Breakfast offered lots of fresh fruit, cheese, pastries, hot dishes in small but friendly setting. Easy to navigate and efficient. Also, a small coffee bar in the lounge area was great for coffee and pastries. The lounge bar was roomy to sit in with music on weekdays. Excellent service in all areas, reception, bar, room service. I lost 2 items whilst in the hotel and the staff went over and above to locate them both. Walkable distance to the world class Anthropology Museum and Chapultapec Park.
