We spent the night there on the way to Morelia. The hotel is nice and with the basic facilities. Breakfast service was not inlcuded but they offered breakfast. Food was good although the service a bit slow.

Todo nos encantó, es muy tranquilo y las habitaciones con todas las comodidades para una estadía tranquila y de descanso, el personal muy amable y sin tema alguno, solo un punto, no hay calefacción y en estás temporadas las habitaciones son muy muy frías

Muy conveniente y limpio

Es la mejor opción dentro de Jilotepec. Está ubicado entre la alameda, jardín central e iglesia. Ideal para descansar, conocer el lugar, desayunar, comer o cenar y salir por la mañana.

Me dan habitación de calidad de aplicación

Está vez me hicieron sentir que por reservar en una aplicación, pague menos por lo tanto recibo menos. Solicite una habitación que estuviera más privada porque la habitación pegada a recepción siempre es muy ruidosa por el tráfico de gente y se escucha todo lo que hablan. El recepcionista me contestó que como reservé por aplicación, esa era la que me podían asignar. La sabana de cajon estaba rota pero la cubren con la almohada. Las toallas muy percudidas y el shampoo parece de motel. Si me sentí como si estuviera pagando poco y eso era lo que obtuve a cambio....y la diferencia me parece que es de $150 por lo que conviene más pagar completo.

Muy bonito el lugar, un excelente ambiente, bien ubicado, solo el check in no es como lo marca la reservacion de esta página nos entregaron hasta las 3:15 una habitación y las otras demoraron un poco más

Nos tocó la habitación 1 y está muy cerca de la recepción y por lo mismo hay mucho tránsito y ruido a todas horas, es difícil dormir con el ruido

En general todo estuvo bien, el servicio y la atención fueron excelentes, solo me gustaría que agregaran un manual de uso para la televisión y la cafetera, ya que para algunas personas se le puede dificultar el como usar la cafetera si no están muy familiarizados con equipo, y en cuanto a la TV algunas personas no tienen conocimiento de como usar una Smart Tv
