"The hotel was perfectly placed for Sevilla FC ground and Main railway station (used to go to Cadiz). Hotel was outstanding with a hotel bar on ground floor and one in 4th floor with access to swimming pool. Rooms are very good without a chest of drawers but enough room to leave smalls in suitcase. Bathroom outstanding with shower and rain shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 3 star but as good as many 4 stars I've stayed at. Very pleased with our 5 day stay. 10 mins walk into city which is flat so great for disabled. Sevilla and Cadiz are very nice.."

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! We had an amazing experience, the venue is much better than the pictures, staff super friendly and helpful and everything is beautifully decorated. We had food and drinks in the restaurant , high quality ingredients and very tasty. Perfect location too with bus stop literally in front of the hotel. We came here for my birthday and the hotel manager arranged for a complimentary bottle of cava and a cake to be left room, was such a lovely suprise. Shame so few hotels bother with these small gestures anymore, they really go a long way and make you feel special. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay in Seville this is the place for you. "

"Some staff were unfriendly and hard to speak too. Nearly missed our uber to the airport as the staff decided to wait till checkout to let us know that their card machine had broken and didn’t take our payment on checking. Which then took 25 minutes as it still wasn’t working. Bar was really nice. Room had blood or something on the curtains? Extra bed didn’t haven’t duvet cover. Just 2 sheets over a scratchy yellow blanket. Rooms are also very hot and air con doesn’t do much. "

I was there for a conference, but my experience at this hotel was derailed the moment I interacted with the front desk staff on Wednesday at about 10:30 AM (3/5). I had made a mistake with my reservation. I thought I had booked a room with three beds because there was an extra person traveling with me. When I realized the confusion, I tried to correct it and agreed to pay any additional fee if needed. However, I was confused because it seemed like they wanted to charge me per day for a bed that I believed I had already paid for. There was clearly a language barrier. I do not speak Spanish well, and the employee assisting me did not speak English very well. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, she became visibly upset and rude. She rolled her eyes, refused to get a manager when I asked, and even laughed in my face while standing with three other employees. No one corrected her behavior. We had just arrived after a 10-hour flight and asked about early check-in. She said no, yet I watched several other people with suitcases get checked in and go to their rooms while we had to wait until 2 PM. I was also not allowed to complete my transaction and receive my room key later. Another gentleman later helped me finish the process once I was finally able to get to my room. During payment, I asked if I should pay in euros or American dollars. The agent assisting me was unsure "
