"Pros: -close to the airport, -complimentary hourly shuttle to/from the airport (need to preregister) -rooms and beds are clean and well maintained Cons: -rooms not especially soundproof, you can hear very well both airplanes outside and people talking in the hallway - breakfast is average, food is cold, not enough staff in the breakfast room - wi-fi is not complimentary, you need to be a member to have free wi-fi"

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and my expectations have always been met. It is a convenient place to stay if you arrive late or have an early departure. A simple walk across the courtyard and you are in the terminal. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. There is plenty to choice from and a good selection of healthy foods is there for those looking to stay healthy: even when on vacation. The staff members are helpful and will go out of their way to assist as you navigate the hurdles of travel. I recommend this hotel and I will continue to use it for all my adventures in Chile."

"Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The hotel was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations were excellent, and the attention to detail truly made a difference. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where you genuinely feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The entire team clearly takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. As a traveler, I truly appreciate great service, cleanliness, comfort, and a welcoming environment, and this hotel delivered on every level. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! Five stars all the way!"

"Very good stay. I'll seek to be back in the future. One note, about fresh air. No window on my room opened to let fresh air in. This is somewhat understandable if the setting is to use the HVAC which likely will allow a % of fresh air. But as soon as you leave the room in the morning the HVAC turns off. And by the time you arrive back in the evening it's not good and takes a while to get good fresh air through the % of the HVAC."

"It was great overall, the only caveat (and this seems to be common in Chile) - was the parking. Was underground, on the -4 floor down a VERY steep spiral. An AWD SUV barely made it up, screeching wheels at max steering angle to make it up that spiral. 2WD vehicles without a diff lock would hang a wheel and not make it out of that basement. Takes ~20 minutes to get in and out of that basement garage. AVOID if you like taking day trips in your car. We didn't touch our rental car after parking on day-1 and getting it out on day-3. Otherwise it would've been a major hassle."
