Our first and only interaction with the host was not very welcoming. Apparently she had a double booking and she informed us that we could stay one night and then we were left to our own devices. We had a confirmed booking for four nights since several months, so we refused to move out. Suddenly, there was a room available for the whole stay. It is not acceptable to put the burden on the customer who has planned vacation several months in advance, rather please fix your own problems and improve your systems. The stay itself was fine, room seemed renewed recently although a bit small for 3 adults. Parking is convenient and the service by the cleaning lady was fantastic.

High stand and central hotel with polite staff

This hotel is 15m from the port, but you don't hear the street noise from the hotel rooms. Good size bathroom and clean rooms. Highly recommended!

Studios abordables et adorables

Un studio à Panos Studios est une bonne idée pour un voyage à Paros.La chambre est confortable, propre et a son petit balcon, les hôtes sont très accueillants. Le lieu est à 10 min de distance du centre ville où l'architecture est typique et pleine de charme. Il y a une boulangerie à l'angle droit de la rue en sortant du chemin pour Panos studios où vous pourrez prendre votre petit-déjeuner.

SCAM PROPERTY... seriously!! Please read.

My husband and I booked a room at Panos Suites for our stay in Parikia. However, when we were picked up from the port, we were asked/told that there was a "bigger apartment" for us, which we were told was nearby where we had originally booked and where we were anticipating staying for our trip. The hotel told us that we were 5km away from the town- turns out it was 15km. Therefore, we did not stay in the city we were planning on traveling and touring, and missed this part of our trip. Though the apartment was nice, the customer service was extremely poor and was completely unprofessional. I WOULD NOT advise anyone to stay at this property- as you don't know where you will end up!!! Please beware! After reviewing feedback from other people that booked at this hotel, we realize that this is scam that these people are doing. They are trying to "overbook" one hotel and then ship people off to their other property. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Paros paradise

A nice and cozy place. We stayed for two days and enjoy every minute. The rooms are extremely clean and the place looks like the pictures. The location was very central and very close the ferry and many shops and restaurants. It was a quick walk to a beach. The wife and airconditioning worked great in the room. A bonus was getting picked up from the ferry and also got dropped off there for free. Highly recommend it here, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best apartment we have had in Greece

Όμορφο δωμάτιο με πολλή φασαρία

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ με εξαιρετικό γούστο διακοσμιμένο. Αν είχε γίνει ανακαίνηση και στο μπάνιο θα ήταν το τέλειο δωμάτιο, ειδικά για την τιμή του. Ωστόσο, κάθε πρωί από τις 7:20 άρχιζε η φασαρία από τον πάνω όροφο για πολύ ώρα, γεγονός που έκανε τον ύπνο σχεδόν αδύνατο.Δε ξέρω αν προερχόταν από την υπηρεσία καθαρισμού ή απο τους πελάτες, πάντως ήταν εξαιρεικά ενοχλητικό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ φιλική κ εξυπηρετική.

Convenient, comfortable, good value apartment

We had one night on Panos studios before catching our ferry. For our needs it was perfect - close to port. Convenient to be collected and dropped off the next morning and comfortable, modern, clean room. Area where the apartment is located is uninspiring, so not a great location for a longer stay.

Disappointing hosting

we had booked a room in Parikia, the owner sent me an e-mail asking to call her and she informed me that the room i had booked was not available and that she would take us to an apartment near Naoussa (10 km away from Parikia) if it was ok. We agreed but we realized upon the arrival that the apartment was another 5km away. The apartment was a really nice one with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony but it was not properly cleaned there where no bath amenities nor wi-fi though they were mentioned in the presentation. The owner insisted to get paid while we had made a prepayment through the website, it took us 4days to resolve this, which is as long as was our staying there. We were definitely disappointed by the hosting.

Nice hotel providing room is not double-booked

We stayed there two times - the first stay was for 5 days and the second one two weeks after, and for one night only. The first stay was excellent: room, staff,all. The second stay was a sore disappointment as we discovered that our room was doubly booked. We were offered a room in a different complex of much lesser quality and location for the same price even though we had our reservation booked half a year ago and had it confirmed in person by the owner after our first stay two weeks before!!! Since we didn't have an alternative we had to accept.

Value for The money, okay location

Nice and clean room with okay location. 5-10 min walk to ole city and closest beach. We stayed 3 nights but unfortunately they had some troubles on The first night and we had to go to another hotel which was bit annoying. They first drove us to a hotel which was a wrong one and we had to wait for another driver to take us to The real hotel. In The morning they picked us up and we got to spend The last 2 nights in Panosstudios like we were supposed to.

Tutto molto carino e confortevole, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ma in posizione tranquilla.La titolare è stata molto accogliente, è venuta a prenderci due volte al porto per un equivoco sull'orario d'arrivo e al ritorno ci ha offerto un altro passaggio! ottimi i suoi croissant appena sfornati!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Kind staff clean room with a tiny kitchen,but the space is not big. location is not far from the port, and near the supermarket. One thing I want to complain is "hotel.come" sent our reservation 3 days ago before we got the hotel. That made us change room and move to the other hotel which belong to the landlord's relation. It made us live in separate hotel which made us really inconvenient, although the landlord solved this problem well. At least, we had place to sleep. So, it's better to confirm with the hotel before u go there. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the hotel email on "hotel.com". You know how to do! Good luck
