Enjoyable stay

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are not amazing but not terrible, practical but if you are the type to stay in your room for long periods then you may be bothered by the small dated rooms.

Nice stay

Very nice hotel. Spotless hotel especially during Covid 19.staff friendly Studio room was large with fridge and kitchenette.Beach across the road and a 15 minute walk into Parikia.Our balcony was at the back. I wish we had a front facing balcony to be honest.Only gripe I would have is that the air con want great & automatically goes off the minute u open a window or door to balcony

The owners went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as perfect as it could be. This is a great property that is clean and functional. We would definitely stay here again. Try their breakfasts, they were superb.

Grazioso Studio vicinissimo a spiaggia di Livadia

Studio essenziale, dotato di AC, TV, cassaforte. Affaccio interno anonimo. Manca l’ascensore. Personale disponibile. Patio sul mare con tramonto spettacolare. Ristorante dell’hotel leggermente più caro della media di Parikia, soprattutto per il pesce.

Hotel con bellissima vista sul mare e un buon ristorante sulla spiaggia. Siamo capitati in una camera con angolo cottura molto piccola e purtroppo nella parte retro dell’hotel (l parte davanti ha vista mare). Nel complesso un buon soggiorno per rapporto qualità prezzo che consiglierei per una vacanza low budget . L’unica pecca è che cambiavano le lenzuola e asciugamani a giorni alterni, ogni due giorni all’incirca.

Totally worth it for the location! A really good value and tha beach nearby has the cheapest sun chairs (3 euro food/drink consumption per person so you don't have to pay separately). It's about a 15 minute walk with luggage.

Saimme asunnon jossa kaksi huonetta, joten mh oli erillään keittiöstä ja matkatavarat mahtuivat hyvin. Marraskuussa matkailijoita on vähän, joten vietimme 2 päivää ainoina majoittujina. hotellin ravintola oli suljettu ja vastaanotto puhelimitse. hotellista oli lyhyt kävelymatka nähtävyyksiin ja kaupungin palveluihin.

Fantastic hosts who can't do enough for you.

Livadia hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The hosts couldn't do enough for you and oh so friendly. Clean rooms, excellent food and good location away from the hustle and bustle of Paros town., but only a 10 minute walk into town.
