"There was some kind of problem with the family room we booked so ended up with a twin and a double. The lady on reception however was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Free breakfast provided by way of apology. Rooms were quite dated but pretty much as expexced for the price we paid, so decent value"

He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. "We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"
