"I liked the price and for an older property it was pretty clean. Bath fixtures and beds were clean. It smelled clean! Floor is tile, and I couldn't tell. I have three minor critiques. I ran the hot water a long time, and it didn't get hot. The stopper in sink did not work. There was no clothes rod to hang clothes other than the shower curtain rod. For a cheap property, it was not bad."
