"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."

"The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. "The staff are definitely the standout for us, nothing was too much for them as they ensured we had the best stay possible. We stayed there as part of our wedding anniversary trip and they went out of their way to make it such a memorable and special celebration. A shout out to Phong/Gucci, Sammy and Antony who went the extra mile to look after me and my husband. The room and excursions are great as well and the food was delicious. My husband is not great with seafood and they made sure to cater for it. Can't fault the whole experience."
