"The problem that are room lock didn't work since check in. So my wife had to stay behind for dinner the first day. They said they will fix it early and nothing. We had to take all of our belongings to a friend's house they finally fixed it Saturday evening. So"

My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient."
