Stunning Mountain Suite on Seven Acres at Sundance

Welcome to Nirvana Mountain rental at Sundance, Utah. This romantic apartment listing is located 0.4 miles from Sundance Mountain Resort. This ski destination rental is located on seven acres with private snowshoeing on a gorgeous 0.5 mile hiking trail. May-Oct featuring private extras such as: pickleball/basketball court, outside living room, fire pit, large yard, etc. Only 15 minutes from Provo and Orem. Winter conditions exist Dec-Mar; AWD and good tires are required.

This one-bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, queen sofa-sleeper, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, coffee and tea, Weber Genesis II barbecue, living room, covered porch, picnic area, 58" Samsung TV with NetFlix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

This private guest suite is downstairs with a separate entrance.

Great location

The property was clean and great location. The host was very responsive. My children loved the swingset. I would recommend this for someone who would like to stay very close to Sundance.

A Mountain Escape

A beautiful stop to rest and relax as we traveled the western National Parks. The suite was well appointed and very clean. David, our host, was very accommodating. We highly recommend Nirvana Mountain!

Delightful ground level getaway

The communication with this owner was terrific as he met me upon checkin to help guide me to parking area for the apartment. It was a snowy afternoon so some of the markers to access the parking were not as obvious to me. His help was great and his documentation and email had all of the information I needed to enjoy my time there. The apartment itself is charming with an upgraded feel in the Sundance area. The shower is lovely and quite the experience as are the heated towels. There is attention to detail here that I haven’t seen from other properties. As an overnight staycation it was perfect, but I would be excited to visit for a longer stay in future to take advantage of some of the additional amenities as well as enjoy more of what the area has to offer.

Cozy Space Close to Sundance

My husband and I stayed in this space given it's proximity to Sundance. It's so close (maybe a 2m drive if that). It was really easy to get to. I read the review mentioning the driveway and wasn't sure what to expect. If you are used to driving in snow, it shouldn't be a problem. That said, even if you aren't used to driving in the snow, if you follow the instructions the host sends, you'll be fine. It was absolutely charming walking into the space, and is decorated very cute. It's very clean and was more spacious than I anticipated. It was truly very cozy, and I can tell the host takes great care to make sure it's a comfortable experience for guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Girl's trip

Great scenery, activities right on the property, nice and helpful manager, very nice decor. No oven or full stovetop - there is a toaster oven and on a portable burner. It was a nice place to stay with daughter and granddaughters to attend the Sundance summer outdoor theater.

Awesome property! Sundance is a mess!

Title says it all. Sundance is a disaster right now. Construction has ruined the charm. Had I done better research, I would not have booked at the resort area. Property was great though. Excellent comms with host and property was very nice.

Magical Getaway in the Fall

Perfect spot

Perfect Getaway

The property is in a great location. You can relax in the beautiful outdoors or there is plenty to do if you want more adventure. The home is beautifully decorated and the owners had small touches throughout and had everything we needed. We loved staying here and would definitely come again.

Cozy and Comfortable

We loved staying up in this cute cabin in Sundance. The most comfortable bed ever! Super clean! If you are wanting to cook full meals while you are there, just know that there is only a microwave and toaster oven to cook with. We were there for a graduation and knew we’d be eating out a lot so it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely recommend !
