This is a well-laid-out, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom corner unit designed to comfortably sleep up to nine people. Because it’s a corner unit, the living area is bright and features plenty of windows with direct views of the mountains.

The Living Space The main floor features an open-concept living area centered around a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking for a large group. You can eat at the main dining table or use the bar stool seating at the kitchen counter. Just off the living room, there is an outdoor deck with panoramic views overlooking the Pay Pay chairlift—a great spot for a drink after the slopes.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms The layout provides plenty of privacy for families or groups:

Master Bedroom: Located upstairs with a king bed, a small lounge area with a love seat, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom: Also upstairs with a king bed and large windows facing the mountains.

Third Bedroom: Sets up well for kids or singles, featuring a twin-over-full bunk (with a twin trundle) plus an additional twin bed (also with a trundle).

Bathrooms: There is a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the upstairs hallway and a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main floor.

Every room in the house, including the living area, has its own remote-controlled A/C unit, so you can adjust the temperature to your preference.

Skier-Specific Amenities This unit is specifically set up for gear. The entry foyer is oversized with plenty of hooks and storage for boots and coats, and there is a dedicated glove and boot dryer for guest use.

The location is the biggest draw. You are located right at the base of Park City Mountain in a building that houses:
A ski shop and professional boot fitter.
A lift ticket window.
The Ski School (located in the basement and accessible via the elevator), making morning drop-offs very easy.

For laundry, there is a coin-operated room on the third floor of the building, and we provide complimentary detergent under the kitchen sink. This is a practical, comfortable home in one of the best locations for accessing the mountain.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As a true ski-in/ski-out property, you are located directly on the mountain; please note that because of this proximity, guests can expect to hear mountain operations—including snowmaking machines and snowcats—at all hours as the resort prepares the runs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking is an underground parking garage. Oversized Vehicles may not fit in the garage. There are not many options in Park City for overnight oversized vehicle parking.
