We had a great time at this cabin. The farm it's on is tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owners were very responsive to all our questions.
For several years we have come to Buffalo Run and have LOVED each and every time. We love the family feel, it makes us feel like family each time we go!! Thank you!
We had a great stay. We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, and yard was wonderful. We used the spa a few times which was very relaxing in the late evening. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large party. The property manager was prompt when we had a water heater issue.
An absolute gorgeous property. The property and views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and lots of seating areas. The drop down projector screen TV was a great bonus. The outdoor patio was great to sit and enjoy morning coffee and at night to watch the sunset over the mountains. A great property and we look forward to retuning in the near future.

Luxurious, peaceful escape from the city. We stayed during Spring break and the kids enjoyed the snow, the movie nights on the projector screen and the space to explore. The parents enjoyed the comfortable beds and the hot tub. The grandparents loved the private apartment and the beautiful views. We all want to come again to experience summer and autumn because this place truly has it all.
My 7 best friends and I stay here once a year, every year, for a friend reunion. It’s our favorite weekend. The house is clean, well managed, and comfortable with all kinds of audio/visual features. They have a bit of a fly issue… but it’s been worse other years than it was this year. See you next year!
We have stayed at this property twice now. Great views, quiet outdoor seating, plenty of room to spread out inside and wonderfully decorated. The drop down projection screen TV and surround sound made movie nights with the kids even better. Looking forward to our next stay at the cabin. This property is amazing.
We've stayed at many VRBO cabins, and this is our favorite. High end furnishings, radiant heat flooring, well-stocked kitchen, separate apartment, and hot tub. There is attention to detail and it's clear the hosts intend for their guests to have a comfortable stay. Thoughtful details like spa towels and comfortable bedding. The great room is huge with several seating areas and a large dining table. Highly recommend!
This cabin was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a true luxury experience—from the beautiful décor and high-end furniture to the cozy, peaceful atmosphere. It’s very remote and private, yet still only about 30 minutes from everything, which was the perfect balance for our group of six.The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable (everyone agreed), and the home was equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook—baking supplies, breakfast/lunch/dinner essentials, a crockpot, truly the whole nine yards. The living room was perfect for gathering, with an indoor fireplace, projector, clearly labeled surround sound system, and such a cozy vibe for movie nights. The outdoor space was just as amazing. We used the hot tub even in winter, made s’mores by the fire pit, went sledding right outside, and loved listening to the peaceful creek flowing in the backyard. Seeing the buffalo next door through the windows was unforgettable—there are strong fences in place and everything felt very safe. The buffalo décor inside was a fun and unique touch as well.Across the street is a snowmobiling company that was also a 10/10 experience. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The heated floors kept the cabin at the perfect temperature. The only minor downside was limited Uber Eats options, so I’d recommend planning ahead for food. We’re already planning our next trip and have shared the listing with friends.
This was the first year we surprised our children with a weekend away from home. This place did not disappoint! It was absolutely stunning! The views are amazing and there is enough room for everyone to gather (we had 18 of us) comfortably in the front room/dinning area. We did not want to leave! We loved the heated floors, hot tub, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, privacy and I could go on! I feel like they thought of everything that would make this place memorable. Thank you for providing us a place to make memories. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer.
This place is amazing!
Six of us stayed here for a week of skiing in Park City. The house is immaculate, the property is stunning, and the owner is responsive.
All the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and clean sheets. The living room is ideal for watching movies after a long day of skiing with the choice of a flat screen TV or a projector with a retractable screen.
The kitchen is well-stocked with a massive refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, oven, range and plenty of utensils.
You're also very close to the Woodland Biscuity Company, which I highly recommend for breakfast. Ask for David, he's awesome.
I would 100% stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to ski Park City but doesn't want to stay in the city. We loved being greeted by the bison every evening as we drove back.

Second Stay For Our Family
This is our second stay at the Buffalo Run cabin. It is set in a beautiful landscape with all the amenities you'll need to have a comfortable stay with your family or group. Large gathering areas, professional appliances, luxurious hot tub, and a separate apartment off the third car garage. There is ample parking. It has been beautifully decorated and landscaped.
One thing to keep in mind is that this restored pioneer cabin is situated on a working buffalo ranch. That means flies. So. Many. Flies. That is out of control of the owner, and it shouldn't be a reason not to book. They have taken care to mediate the problem with fly traps throughout the cabin. The trade off is relaxing in the hot tub watching the buffalo graze just over the fence.
Another consideration is that Evolve Management is difficult to communicate with. We needed to make an adjustment to our reservation dates and Evolve did not respond for TWO MONTHS. At that point, changing our reserved dates was not possible. We ultimately had to make do with the original reservation, but it did mean that some of our family members could not join us for the trip which is disappointing. While Evolve is tough, the caretakers who live adjacent to the property are wonderful.
This place is beautiful inside and out. Tons of room, well decorated and the landscaping is superb. Sit in the hot tub or by the fire and listen to the babbling creek while watching hundreds of buffalo. Thanks for making a place like this available! We cannot wait for our next visit.
This is the second time our family has reserved the Buffalo Run cabin for our yearly fall retreat. The cabin is beautifully furnished and landscaped with a luxurious hot tub, ample parking, en suite baths in all bedrooms, and a separate apartment off the third car garage. The kitchen is nicely stocked with professional appliances. The large gathering room is perfectly situated to provide plenty of room for dining, game playing, and TV watching for your group/family.
Keep in mind that the cabin is located on a working buffalo ranch, so there are flies. Lots of flies. This shouldn't be a reason not to book as the managers have placed fly traps throughout the cabin, and while annoying, it wasn't a big deal.
The property is managed by Evolve. We had a terrible time communicating with them. We needed to make an adjustment in our reservation due to a family member needing a surgical procedure. It took Evolve TWO MONTHS to respond to my emails. We have had similar issues with Evolve on other properties we've booked, so I know it's not just related to this particular location. Be wary of Evolve. While we love this cabin, I'm not certain we'd book again due to the communication issues we experienced.
This property was an amazing place for our small group of friends to get away and hang out for a weekend. The huge table and all the comfortable seating were perfect for playing games. The hot tub, fire pit, and kitchen area were great for hanging out the rest of the time. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is lovely and private. Highly recommend!
Immaculate spacious property with full amenities to take the stress out of packing. Kitchen was stocked with ample spices & cook wears to prep just about any meal. Massive fridge & separate beer/wine fridge in wet bar. Heated garages for up to 3 cars. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of exploring the beauties of UTAH. Every room is equipped with massive big screen Tvs! We will definitely return to this same property when we visit Utah again!
