Ski weekend
Great location and unit. Property is good, Hot Tub is Great! The unit was clean and comfy, just slightly dated kitchen, appears they may be working on the refrigerator location as it was not in place, but across the hall in an entry closet location. It was well appointed with dishes and cookware, just could use an update and a sharp knifes as the current ones were worn. Small issue but worth noting.

Broken appliance
Location was ok but longer walk to slopes than I anticipated. Not really a ski in ski out Fireplace wasn’t working. Vacasa rep helped fixed that and they were very responsive Fridge didn’t stay cold. Might be broken.

Our local manager assured us that the fireplace is operational, but we are sorry for any issues you had with it and are glad that our team could assist. Additionally, the refrigerator has been fixed and the team is actively working with the homeowner to have a new one installed. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Nice location, easy access to everything
The property was clean and decent. The kitchen is fine for 2 people. The water pressure in the kitchen was terrible....hopefully a plumber will fix that. Sometimes nothing would come out of the faucet....and then when it did, it was super weak. We would fill pots of water in the bathroom for cooking. But again, that should be an easy fix. Also, it would be nice if they had a cutting board.

Great Location - Property Could Use some TLC
For the price and location, the property was great. Across the street from the PC Resort and lifts and 15 minute walk to downtown. However, the entire property is dirty and unkept. Trash piles in places, the lobby is a mess and unattended. Our room wasn’t ready an hour after check in time and we had to wait for them to speed clean it. The lock codes obviously don’t get changed because we tried to get in the room 20 minutes before check in and were able to-and the room hadn’t been cleaned. When we came back an hour later the same code was used and never got changed. One positive, the pool and hot tub were clean and fun to use! I was on hold with Vacasa for an hour and a half before I got through and then was told the manager of the unit would call me which he never did. I had to text them back repeatedly about checking into the unit. Also, there was no parking pass for the pass only parking and my husband had to go downtown to the building manager to get one. Overall, our stay was great. But the hassle of check in was unnecessary.

Almost There
This place was great and exactly what I was looking for except for a few things. The A/C unit was a portable one that I had to move to the bathroom and lift the heavy thing over the edge of the tub in order to drain the water from it, otherwise, it would beep loudly that the water level was full. The vertical blinds on the sliding door were impossible to slide open. The place was missing some essentials I normally see in other places... blow dryer, toaster, salt & pepper, and cooking oil. On the bright side, the location was awesome, as was the parking garage and the pool area.
