So enjoyable!

What an amazing accommodation for a family of four with 2 teens! This place was perfect and so clean. The bed was so comfy I want to replicate it at home. We had a small issue with the fridge and they were there in no time and switched it out for us to tide us over for the rest of our stay. The steam shower was incredible too! My boys loved playing ping pong poolside and hanging at the pool which was a great temp for this Mom. Such a prefect location for us to do all the fun things in Park City and Deer Valley. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Room!

This room was absolutely amazing! The location was at the end of the hall near the marketplace and easy access to the plaza!It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed! Great hosts and lovely stay! We hope to book this room next year!

Great home base

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated condo in the Canyons Village! The space had everything we needed—clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom felt like a luxury spa. While the view wasn’t exactly postcard-worthy (it overlooks a playground), the location made up for it—you’re literally steps from the door to the slopes! (Which is nice in the labyrinth of a hotel). Being able to walk right out and get to the slopes was a bonus. Communication with our host was excellent.

Great Family Trip

Great property and communication

This is our fifth year staying at Westgate in canyons village and probably 3 or 4th time renting through iTrip. Always good communication via text and accommodations if we need something for the room. Well appointed room for our family of four. Ski in and out with Westgate ski valet a plus, love the skier services onsite who can also wax your skis etc.

We loved staying here and will be back. My only nit is that we'd like some more water pressure. The steamers in the showers we a plus!

Amazing Stay with frustration

Amazing stay at this beautiful place! The property is a great place to experience and explore Park City. This property would have been a 5 star stay but we did an issue with the water pressure and having hot water. Contacted the front desk and they sent the maintenance team to see what could be done. After troubleshooting nothing could be done until the boiler was fixed. Tried to reach out to the owner, but no response from them. That was really frustrating and disappointing to pay that kind of money and not having anyone reach back out to me. Besides that, the property was as advertised.

Disappointed

First the location is great and beds are very comfortable. We had issue every day with hot water and pressure. Can’t use the shower between 4-6 pm which is rush hour after ski.The kitchen supplies are extremely limited no wine opener no cutting board only a few plates which we had to wash after every use. For the amount we paid for this property we were hoping for zero disappointments.

Great ski in ski out

Good stay, great location and comfortable. You really need a mid week housekeeping service which wasn’t included. Furnishings could be a bit better (couch was super uncomfortable) and needs a new dishwasher- dishes didn’t come clean. Location made up for it. Love the ski valet service.

Long weekend in Park City!

We had the best weekend. Our accommodations were great and just a walk away from the main gondola in Canyons Village. The ski valet was awesome - so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautifully decorated and very conveniently located right next to Market at Bison Lodge. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean updated condo, right by the Marketplace. Could use more hooks or areas for hanging clothes and outerwear. The management company was very responsive and helpful thru out our stay. Great place!

Fantastic location

The unit itself is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures, it was fine though and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Check-in was clunky at best, despite the property manager doing what they needed to do the front desk staff itself struggled to read the emails. After much back and forth they finally let us in the room. Ski check is similarly awkward, a 2-star experience. We checked in right at 6p and the front desk said it was closing and might be open but maybe not and couldn’t say what we should do. Looked at us like a deer in the headlights. So we just took our skis to our room. After our first ski day we dragged them to ski check located under the burger place. I struggled in the wind with the external door while holding my skis and those of a child while an employee watched, Diego was his name, and did nothing. That part was infuriating. We loved the time here and management is awesome, the property itself outside of the room is dated and so-so. We won’t stay here again, way better values to be found for the money elsewhere. We preferred Marriott Summit Watch and Mountainside on the PC side.

Great stay, remodeled condo @ Westgate

We've stayed at Westgate for many years so very familiar with the property. This unit is 2br/2ba newly remodeled. Perfect location, close to Marketplace and easy access to the slopes. Very clean, comes with detergent, paper towels, etc. Great communication. Would definitely love to stay again.

Amazing

Fabulous renovated unit in best location on resort

We have stayed at the Westgate during Spring Break for several years now and had many different rooms and room variations. It was so nice to stay in a newly renovated room, the sophisticated & chic finishes were gorgeous. Also, fantastic location within the resort - right near the onsite store (Marketplace) and exit to Canyons village through that exit door. Not noisy at all. Our view was the playground but it was all covered in snow which was magical anyway. Host/Management company was proactive with trip communication and responsive with several things we needed help with. We always love the steam showers in the units, a nice perk when you want to enjoy a private steam vs. the onsite community steam rooms. The Serenity Spa is also renovated now and it looks gorgeous as well.
