    The Space:

    This Park City townhome is conveniently located right in the heart of Canyon Village, directly across from the Cabriolet Ski Lift. With quick and easy access to the slopes, along with a convenient location next to the shared tennis courts and hot tub, there's no need for a vehicle! The home itself is bright and inviting, with recent updates including all-new windows. A private, covered balcony and a furnished patio offer your choice of outdoor lounge venues.



    When you're not making the most of Park City's renowned recreation offerings, you can cozy up in front of the living room fireplace and settle in with your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare everything from a home-cooked meal to a quick snack for the slopes. Free WiFi is equipped for web browsing or work-from-home convenience.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



    Guest Access:

    The garage is not available, but there is a parking spot on the driveway and community parking available with a parking pass. A parking pass is available in the home for guest use. Lost or missing passes are $50.00.



    Other Things to Note:

    Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
