2 Bdrm w/Loft Walk to Ski Run Hot Tub Fireplace

Needing to gather the troops for a family getaway, or just looking for the closest option to the ski runs in winter? Cabin in the Pines is our best option to fill both of these needs.

The cabin is small but utilizes every square foot. Come slow yourself down and enjoy the simple life as it was intended to be- you won't regret it and will want to simplify your life after spending a little time here. The main level consists of two bedrooms, a small full bath with shower, living room with a wood burning fireplace and a full kitchen. The loft is accessed by a steep ladder no recommended for small children but the older kids will love it!

Mountain life in Sundance can be as simple and pure as you make it. Our Cabin in the Pines embodies this concept with the necessities of a happy comfortable life without the fluff. This is the perfect setting to escape the world we all live in. Relax in the hot tub and the private setting with easy access to all the wonderful amenities of the area along with the natural beauties of nature.

Very Comfy

Although a small bathroom this was totally fine for 2 people. Very comfortable bed & living/ kitchen area. Did just fine w/o AC. Wished we’d had time to use the hot tub.

My family of four loved this cabin! It was just perfect. Not a thing missing that I wished it had. The loft was great for my two teenage boys and we were glad to have a washer/dryer. The location was excellent for two fabulous days of skiing at Sundance. We will be back!

Perfect amazing cabin!!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this cabin and were sad to leave. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties and I think this was by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The attention to every detail for our stay made it extra special. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was private, nestled among the pines. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. The hot tub was new, clean, and enjoyable. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Everything about this cabin was perfect and we can't wait to go back!

Extremely Relaxing

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the communication from the host(s). They went above and beyond to ensure everything was top notch and I truly felt that they cared about our experience. The cabin was clean and inviting. The check-in process was unique and unlike any other VRBO stay; in a positive way! The cabin has a few nearby neighbors but it was still private and comfortable! It was peaceful, calm and quiet! All in all, a wonderful "Cabin in the Pines"!!

Amazing cabin

This cabin was great. Very well furnished and super clean. Also the property management was amazing about communication. Over all this was a 5 star stay and we can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful and perfect hideaway!

My experience was fabulous! I am only giving it a 4 star rating because the power was off when we arrived (it was area wide so not the owners fault) and off until 4 am that night. It was so chilly and hard to really enjoy the property and what it had to offer. The communication was good so we knew what to expect when we got there and they left a nice note, s’mores kit and yummy bread. They also left a few candles and mini lanterns. The rest of our stay was perfect and close to Sundance for a Friday night wedding! The beds and pillows are like heaven and the hot tub was a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay (other than that first night, it was so lovely!)

Engagement Stay

I had planned a crazy engagement with stops all over the country over the course of a week and ending in Utah where we both grew up and wanted some place special to pop the question. This place was perfect! So cute, nearby but secluded, the layout, the ambiance. Once I saw the pictures, the decorations and ideas just came together and it was perfect! It’s a bit of a maze to get to but they send the most detailed description possible to help. The cabin was clean, homee and modernly classic. We loved our stay and are excited to make it a fun anniversary trip in the future!

Perfect cabin in the woods

We loved staying in this cabin! So well appointed- comfy and stylish furniture - and all the amenities. The hosts were very communicative and helpful - ensuring we did not get lost and were able to check in easily. We loved the location it was a short walk to the ski resort as well as the Sundance resort in general. If you are traveling with friends or family this is the perfect cabin!

Beautiful winter weekend getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely small cabin for a quick weekend away from the city. Although you can glimpse a few neighboring cabins through the trees, it still felt private and secluded. Loved that there was enough room to come back with friends or kids one day!

Wonderful weekend getaway

What a wonderful place to spend some time away from the hassles of everyday life. The location is splendid and cabin was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The communication from management was clear and thorough. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!
