The only problems were very low water pressure in the shower, too high position of all the shelves in the kitchen and the living room and the fact that the reception is not open all the time even during the day. There was no snow, but the location of the hotel is also great with a ski bus stop right near it."

"Food is terrible. Wellness is managed poorly, you only can book a slot for you, there are like 5 evening slots and 30 rooms. That leaves you without this experience. Makes no sense as the capacity of sauna is 10 people. "

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...
