"The spa was one of the primary reasons the I booked and it did not disappoint. I received a haircut that was fantastic and used all the facilities multiple times a day. I also loved the club on the 19 floor (incredible views, good food, great staff, and a place to relax). The daily breakfast on the 19 floor far exceeed my expectations in terms of food options, the staff and once again views. I went there most days to catch the sunrise which was life affirming. When interacting with the staff (front desk - Nina, and concierge- Gasper) they were extremely professional, helpful, and showed genuine concern about meeting and far exceeding my expectations. They also added a beautiful personal touch. I have been to 30 countries and your hotel is not only stunning but well ran and client focused. "Hotel quite some way out of the centre. Thirty minute walk or bus ride in. Room was fine other than being unbearably hot (A:C made a lot of noise but did nothing else). Room was clean. Shower leaked but was good otherwise. Bed was comfortable. Worst thing was the noise - on two separate nights kept awake because of children running up and down corridors until 2.30am. Breakfast was not great - no allergens or information given - as vegans we were able to eat bread (no spread) and fruit only."
