"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. "Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. "This was one of my favorite hotels during our whole stay in Italy. The staff are SO kind and friendly. The room was like an apartment not just a room. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful. So many options and all healthy and satisfying. We added on the dinner that was several courses and were very happy with the food and service. The facilities are top notch. We got massages and sat in the sauna, laid out by the pool on the rooftop. It’s so different and such a fun experience. I would come back here again and again! Highly recommended! "
