"This was perfect for our stay with extended family for our family reunion at Standing Rock. Close by and easy to get back and forth. It was nice to come back to relax on the porch with the beautiful views. My nieces enjoyed fishing from the dock. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax."

"I understand it is an older hotel but the conditions of the rooms are terrible .You walk in and it smells like smoke and mildew .Very old and dirty chairs a person wouldn’t dare sit in .The bed had springs in the mattress not comfortable at all .Bathroom was dirty , found a dead roach on the floor , old shampoo and soap and a floor towel in the tub .The wallpaper by the door had been wet and was peeling down , curtains were very old and yellowed from smoke .Only positive was location .Will not be staying here again"

"Barge Inn was outstanding. It was immaculately clean and very well equiped. The view is stunning(including eagles and osprey winging past at eye level!!!) and we just wanted to stay put and watch from that glorious cathedral style screened in porch! Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and were generous with their time in telling us all about the history of the area and great suggestions about area attractions that fit our interests. We can't say enough about our appreciation of our stay there!"

"It was our second time in this property for bass tournaments on Kentucky lake . The property was clean and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is very well stocked with everything needed for meal prep and eating in. The house is located just up from the lake with a view and the neighborhood deer are fun to watch. I would definitely stay at this property again!"
