"We loved our stay here! It was very clean! Had a comfy bed and pillows!The screened in deck displayed a massive lake view with beautiful sunsets! In the mornings we watched eagles flying by. The kitchen was well equipped. One of our best experiences when staying somewhere with VRBO. Vince and Pat were great hosts!!!"

"Everything in this home was amazing! The detail and thoughtfulness put into every single room was amazing! It was everything our family needed. There was only 1 thing, and that was that the spa wasn't working, but the owner called us and offered late check out or 1 extra day so that helped.. Overall I would say an amazing place to be and stay!"

"my room had black mold on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom... I made the front desk take care of it which they did. However my wife is extremely allergic to mold so let's pray there are any issues stemming from this. Smoke alarm in room no batteries and hanging from wires in the ceiling above the beds... Small fridge leaked the entire time we were there didn't keep our items cold and had to toss several things we purchased. bulbs out on the vanity mirror... You can tell it's new owners trying to clean it up... most is very clean but needing revamping. Night clerk was sleeping on the job three times when I came to ask something or check out..."

"Deserves a 10 star!! So very pleased with everything about this property! Plenty of space for all of us (6 adults & 3 littles). CLEAN!!!! Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils plus extras. Lots of extra bath towels. Many board games for all ages, playing cards and books for young & old. A seat/high chair for little ones was very appreciated! The peddle boat and kayaks were a huge hit and lots of fun! There are life jackets & pool noodles provided as well. All these extras helped make our family getaway so much fun! A golf cart is also offered and we used it a lot. It’s only a short walk down to the lake (uphill going back to cabin) but the golf cart made it so much easier with the littles and all the beach toys! We saw eagles, turtles, lots of jumping fish and several barges passing by. The view from the deck is great! There is a Piggly Wiggly just 15 minutes into Dover. Very clean and super friendly folks. Vince & Pat have done a wonderful job making their property a home away from home for vacationers! Plus, some very yummy banana bread! ABSOLUTELY would recommend spending time here! Our family loved it and we will be returning!!"

"Laurie was a wonderful host with excellent communication. She checked in to make sure we were comfortable and did not need anything. The home was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view and property were amazing. We will definitely rent this property with her again if in the area."

"This is a beautiful property! Everything was clean and maintained, it had everything we needed for the few days we spent there, and we were very comfortable! The views of the backyard were so nice and we enjoyed seeing the deer back there every day. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Our family had a beautiful time very spacious for the family the views from both decks were unbelievable seeing bald eagles!, the host was very accommodating, answered any questions I had, definitely recommend the sunset Palace!"
