Very spacious well thought out, unique artsy unit with a loft where bedrooms are located. I like the semi 3 floor arrangement….an architec must have helped designed it! Only downside was the host was not there and only communicated by email, and checkin was done by a neighbor who spoke very little english and didnt respond to text. However the unit was fully equipped for cooking meals, and wash/ dry clothes. Walking distance to many restaurants and groceries and Notre Dame. Located in the heart of trendy St Germain. We would definitely stay again.

Great property, great location

Wonderful stay! Location is walkable to many sights, great neighborhood, off of a quiet private courtyard. Furnishings are very well done, comfortable and artistic.

The property is located in the absolute perfect location. It was large enough for the two of us. The kitchen and family room are spacious, and the bedrooms worked well.Only a couple minor issues. Had some trouble connecting the owner and property manager when we arrived in Paris. But that was worked out. And the downstairs shower did not have very hot water. No big deal I just showered upstairsAll in all, I would stay here again for sure because of the location.

Great location! Within easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. Very clean and well furnished, but if you stay when it’s hot in the summer, ask for more working fans.

The perfect place

The place was very clean and appears just as the photos portray. The location is ideal! Nestled in the center of so much and yet a quiet place to sleep. The ambiance of the whole place was really fun and unique. The communication with property management was prompt, and we had everything we needed.

My family and I stayed in this this beautiful apartment and spent 5 magical days in Paris! Nicolas was very prompt with communication. Location was perfect! The additional Christmas decorations really added a special touch to our experience. We would highly recommend a stay!

Perfect in Paris

Our stay in this beautiful apartment for 6 nights was perfect. It had everything and more than we expected. Nicolas was great with communication and we were greeted by the lovely Sandrine upon arrival. The location in st Germain was ideal for us getting around and many of the sights walking distance. Highly recommend for couple or family. We will be back, thanks Nicolas.

Awesome location, great for a family

First, the location. This apartment could not have been located any better to the city center. Everything was very close by. The decor was very art deco creating a very nice ambience. The bedroom layout was very accommodating for a family. Probably not private enough for couples or friends. The only negative was a lack of hot water on the last night and morning of departure. Not sure if this was due to something in the apartment or work being done on the street outside.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Paris.The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the city. We were able to walk to many major sights and loved wandering the surrounding neighborhoods filled with cafés, restaurants, and shops. The location truly could not have been better.The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with a stylish Parisian feel. We happened to visit during an extreme heat wave, and despite the unusually high temperatures, the apartment remained surprisingly comfortable and much cooler than we expected.The kitchen was fully stocked, although we hardly used it because there were so many excellent dining options nearby. What really stood out were all the thoughtful extras provided by the host. There were plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee, tea, and even complimentary wine available for guests. As a VRBO owner myself, I know how much effort goes into providing those little touches, and they were greatly appreciated. I was even delighted to find the same Revlon heated hair styling brush I use at home—something I had intentionally left behind because I didn’t want to risk damaging mine with European voltage.The beds were comfortable, the apartment was well maintained, and every detail made us feel welcome. This was an excellent home base for our Paris adventure, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Perfect location right in the center of the Saint Germain district. Felt safe at any hour of the night or day walking around with my wife and 2 daughters. This may be the best location to stay if you are looking to see sites of Paris. The louvre and Notre Dame are a 10 min walk with the RER C train 6 min walk away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the washer and dryer work great. Great response from the host and very accommodating.

Wonderful location! Steps from the Seine and easy walking distance to paris top locations. Very clean and trendy design of apartment. Great to have laundry and modern kitchen. Downsides: layout great for couple or family but not for others. Main bedroom privacy only with curtains. Showers were a challenge: upstairs was handheld in bath (hook to make it standing shower is broken) and downstairs shower only had cold water.
