The living space opens onto a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a beautiful desk-table installed under the windows, ideal for working comfortably or sharing convivial meals. The high-speed WiFi connection ensures optimal comfort for remote working.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms: a first modular with two single beds or a double bed, and a second upstairs on the mezzanine with a 160 cm double bed and an additional single bed.

You also benefit from a separate bathroom and toilet.
