It is close to all shops and main tourist places where the nearest are : Centre Pompidou (100m), Notre-Dame (300m), Louvre (500m), Le marais (50m), Orsay (800m), the Seine (100m), Hotel de Ville (100m), Quartier latin (400m).
Close to the station Chatelet, it allows to join quickly and directly all the Parisian railroad stations within 10 min and the Roissy airport and Orly within 30 min.

The perfect place

It is Centrally located which makes it easy to go to all of the must see attractions in Paris :). Easy walk outside and just pick a place and enjoy the food no really bad choices. Perfect!

A wonderful apartment

The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet at all times. It was in an excellent location for visiting the city. The owners were helpful and easy to contact. We would like to stay there again for our next visit to Paris next year.

Amazing Location

The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and our teen boys were happy with the pull out bed. Our favorite part was the location. There was a grocery and food and cafes within feet of the apartment. We had a great time and would come back again.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was super convenient to all metros or to walk to restaurants, attractions or shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the flat well appointed with anything we needed. Lovely art on display. Our host was friendly, professional and easy to reach. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch.Our only comment would be that if two couples are sharing, the toilet location can be awkward as it is difficult to get to if the pull-out bed is in use.We would definitely return to this flat.

4 Nights in Paris

We squeezed 4 adults into the apartment. Beds were comfortable, shower great, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops restaurants and groceries. Arriving via train from airport just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Hosts communication was great. I would encourage anyone to choose this home.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and equipped the property was and that it was so centrally located near both local attractions/landmarks and major transportation. There are many great restaurants and shops just outside your door and the host was helpful with giving us tips and tricks to get the most out of our trip. Would highly recommend. Travelled with family of 4, including 2 teenagers.

Compact apartment in fantastic location

A perfectly formed apartment, making good use of limited space in a fantastic central Paris location - a perfect base to explore all the sights! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful, check-in / out was quick and easy.The apartment could do with a little more equipment (cutlery, bowls etc) to accommodate more than 2 guests, but we managed to cook some meals with what we had. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Overall the location was a winner for us, walking distance to the Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay etc just set back behind the fantastic Rue di Rivoli, easy Metro navigation for others slightly further out (Eiffel Tour, Montmartre etc).I’d recommend the apartment on location alone!

Very nice hosts in the location is amazing getting around Paris. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I we both had a bed and all the amenities. Quaint old building maybe 1850s thank you!

Great stay

We had a phenomenal stay at this apartment. It was the perfect space for my wife and me to stay in for the honeymoon. Communication was spot on and the host was flexible with moving in and meeting us when we got there. My favorite part was the stone wall.

Perfect post in Paris

The apartment was adorable and well equipped. If even had A/C and I which aren’t always common in Europe we found out. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband and infant son for 3 nights. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay in this cozy apartment, and would absolutely stay here again! Sébastien was a wonderful host — he greeted us on arrival, helped with our bags, setup the crib and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for our stay. We love the neighborhood, there were tons of restaurants nearby, easy metro access, and lots of Parisian charm. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved all the artwork and books. It was a great place to rest after busy days sightseeing.

Great Trip

Sebastian was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful for our first time in Paris. The little apartment was a great find and was so close to the metro it made it super easy to get around town.

Great location, comfortable apartment

My husband & I spent almost a week in this apartment. It is just as described....clean, comfortable and very convenient to the trains and so many wonderful shops, restaurants, the river and so many historic locations. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to feel like they are living in Paris.
