  • Apartment completely renovated in November 2025. Located in Montrouge, a Parisian suburb, from which it is very easy and quick to reach the centre of Paris in just a few minutes by metro. Excellent transport links to Paris (metro lines 4 and 13, tram line 3, buses, etc.). The area is quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped apartment with a fitted kitchen. Large supermarket 3 minutes away, ideal for daily shopping. Several restaurants and cafes nearby.
