The Space:

Our 40m2 apartment is a well-appointed two-room apartment featuring a cosy living room with a double sofa bed and TV for your moments of relaxation.



The welcoming bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, with plugs near the bed and a desk for your professional or study needs. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a washing machine.



The accommodation features free Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The royal blue decor brings a touch of elegance and modernity to the whole apartment.



Guest Access:

- This accommodation is only available for rentals of a minimum duration of 1 month (30 days) up to 10 months. A rental contract will need to be signed after booking



- We offer a paid luggage storage service starting at 2 PM.



- You can bring a pet, but it must be added as a guest before booking.



- If you arrive on the same day (meaning you booked the apartment on the day of your arrival) or the day before, the apartment can be cleaned at 7 p.m., instead of the usual 2 p.m.
