The accommodation
the apartment of 53 m2, includes a large American kitchen and a living room opening onto a terrace of 10m2, with a view of a small garden. A very comfortable queen size sofa bed furnishes the living room. A bedroom with a 90 cm bed doubling into a 160 cm (queen size) and a desk-table also opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom, small and cosy (140 cm bed). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. A private and secure parking with a pass, on the ground floor is free. An accessible parking space (disabled) is located in the street.

You will have access to all parts of the accommodation as well as part of the closets.
Other remarks
You will be welcomed, guided and advised if necessary. This apartment is located in a very quiet building, silence must be respected in the common areas as well as on the terrace. No parties will be allowed or noise after 10pm in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding :-)
