    Our apartment has a capacity for 13 people.



    In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



    It has been completely renovated et designed in a sleek and contemporary style .



    Its beautiful exposed beams has been kept to give it a warm and cozy atmosphere.



    Its magnificent wooden floor perfectly match the elegant furnitures.



    It truly is the perfect apartment to make an intimate break in the middle of the bustling capital city, with its infinite number of things to do.



    The location of our apartment is very central, close to to all the best restaurants, cafes, bars that Paris has to offer.



    It is situated between the Louvre and the George Pompidou center. It is also very close to the Musee Picasso



    The Marais district ,is at a walking distance.



    This area is especially famous for one of its streets: rue Montorgueil. Greengrocers, cafés, restaurants and grocers all give life to this quaint pedestrians-only street, not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it.



    The tourist tax is applicable



    ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.

    For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested



    The gym is closed until further notice due to health restrictions.



    Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

The day before we were to check-in to the apartment, we were informed that there was a water outage and that the unit was no longer available. This happened just as we (family with three adults & two children) were preparing for our flight from the US to Paris. The property managers offered us a different apartment, but it was not in the same neighborhood that we wanted. We had to book at the last minute two hotel rooms instead to not deal with any additional surprises.Credit to the property managers for refunding our money right away, but I would have rather not dealt with such a headache right before a big trip.This review is not specific to the unit we booked as we never stayed there.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2026
