Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people for their Parisian stay.

The vast living room is divided in two by exposed beams: a lounge area to relax or have a drink after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in the capital, and a kitchen/dining area (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) to prepare and enjoy meals with friends or family.

Our apartment is located in the popular Sentier district, a few meters from a street well known to Parisians: rue Montorgueil.

Filled with greengrocers, cafés, restaurants, grocers, this picturesque pedestrian street is an essential stop for those who want to immerse themselves in the Parisian way of life.

You also have a wide choice of shopping and restaurants... and above all, don't miss the shows on the Grand Boulevards, just two minutes away!

Urban Flat 52

Super Lage und auch einfachen Check in und gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp.Punkte abzug wegen der Sauberkeit. Es war alles etwas zugestaubt sowohl Geschirr und Oberflächen. Die Sofa,Tisch und Küchenzeile waren verunreinigt. Dennoch konnten wir da gut unterkommen.

Bel appartement, mais sans fenêtre dans les chambres, sanitaires et cuisine propres , une des salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation, bien situé, calme, sécurisé et pourtant quartier animé.Bonne réactivité du loueur, bon séjour ds l ensemble.
