- The Urban Flat In Paris team is happy to welcome you to this former 50m2 workshop, fully renovated, which worked for several decades for a famous luxury brand.
It is located 15 minutes walking from Montparnasse station and 10 minutes walking from the famous Parisian street with the most theaters, rue de la Gaïté.
The location is perfect, in the center of Paris, 15 minutes by metro from the main tourist centers such as the Louvre, the Marais, the Eiffel Tower, etc...
The workshop is located on the ground floor of a typically Parisian building, with a private entrance in the inner courtyard of the building.
