Needs more air flow/windows
We arrived during a heatwave. We were aware there was no air conditioning, but there were also very few windows and no proper ventilation to get air moving in the apartment. The fans provided were inadequate, so we ended up buying three decent fans to make the place tolerable to sleep in (we asked to be refunded, but we were ignored and we had to leave the fans on the apartment). There were large garbage bags of dirty laundry in the place when we walked in and large, untouched cobwebs on the tall windows. The laundry was taken care of by our second day, and the communication with the management was very good via WhatsApp. The neighborhood was wonderful- very convenient to the metro and great bakeries, fruit stands and a Monoprix (like Target) just a couple of blocks away. However, this is a ground floor apartment. We had issues with noise all night- people drinking and smoking right outside the windows/doors.
