- A very nice fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher).
- An elegant bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
- A pleasant balcony/terrace bathed in natural light, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.
- A fast WIFI connection, private underground parking (2 spaces).

The apartment is ideally located near the train station, it offers excellent accessibility thanks to the RER A allowing easy access to Paris and the surrounding towns. On the cultural side, Rueil-Malmaison has a rich history, with sites such as the Château de Malmaison, former residence of Joséphine de Beauharnais, offering a fascinating dive into the Napoleonic era.

You will find everything you need in the neighborhood: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and popular cafes. The neighborhood is also close to many green spaces, including the Parc des Impressionnistes, ideal for walks or picnics. The ideal base for travelers looking for modern amenities, good access to public transport and a pleasant environment!
