  • This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment occupies the full 3rd level of a fully renovated XIX building with elevator and has been redesigned by a famous luxury hotel architect with high end equipement. ( La Cornue Kitchen, Hugues Chevalier sofas, Toto toilets, Dornbracht rain showers, boffi bathrooms, Porta Romana lamps, etc...).

    The apartment was recently advertised in Vogue magazine.

    It is ideally located
    - 50m from Rue Saint Honorė
    - 50m from Eglise de la Madeleine
    - 50m from Rue Royale
    - 100m from Place de la Concorde
    - 5mn walking distance from Place Vendôme or Champs Elysėes.
    There are 4 metro lines at a short walking distance ( less than 5 minutes ) : line 1,8, 12 and 14.

    The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite Bathrooms:
    - Master bedroom super King size bed 200*200cm
    - 2nd bedroom King size bed 180×200cm or 2 beds 90×200cm
    - 3rd bedroom Queen size bed 160×200cm

    There is a laundry room with washer drier and a guest toilet.

    The third bedroom which is the only room not airconditionned , has also its own independent entrance and has a little kitchen.

    The apartment comes free WI-FI and free cable tv and a safe.

    The rental price includes a cleaning every 2 days and linen change every week and hotel amenities such as toiletries, , slippers , umbrellas and kitchen pantries . you will be personnally welcomed at check in to answer all your questions.

    Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.

The property is extremely well situated within central Paris. You essentially could walk anywhere you’d want to go. It was approximately 15 minutes to the louvre about five minutes to the Siene and was extremely convenient. The property itself is very spacious and well laid out. There is air-conditioning in two of the rooms with the third one not having air conditioning, but there were fans on the property which definitely helps. There’s a lot of bike and foot traffic going through the neighborhood so the noise is consistent and you can hear the metro go by every 3 to 5 minutes under you. It’s not overly loud, but it is there. The washer and dryer on site make it extremely convenient as we only had carry-ons and we were able to do laundry whenever we wanted. Olivier made a check-in process very simple and his communication was excellent. We had a really great time for the week that we were in Paris and would definitely recommend this location for others who want to visit the major sites and attractions.

Amazing apartment in a terrific location. We stayed (family 5) for 4 nights in early July, and we loved the quality and size of the apartment. Olivier (host) was brilliant and very accommodating, letting us check-in early and also have a later check out. This is a truly luxurious apartment; it looks exactly as in the photos. Lots of great shopping and restaurants really close. We were sad to leave and would highly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Large, chic apartment in center of Paris

This 3-bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable. The decor & furnishings were top-end and chic in a masculine way. Well-stocked kitchen featured a La Cornue stove, to give you a sense for the luxury of the place. Terrific location on one block street connecting to Rue Saint-Honore and Bd de la Madeleine, steps away from Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre. Also, "Ferona," the Argentinean restaurant next door, has great empanadas.

What a wonderful flat! We greatly appreciated the exceptional communication and assistance checking in. The flat was just as pictured, spacious and very accommodating for our family of five. It is in a wonderful location with easy access to the metro and anywhere your heart desires on foot. The flat was comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The kitchen was fantastic and really came in handy during our week stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. The building was quiet and clean. All Around Wonderful Experience!

This lovely spacious apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. It’s warm, charming and beautifully decorated. Perfectly laid out with separation between the main bedrooms. Plenty of room for our two couples, plus more. It’s centrally located - within walking distance of most everything, on both the left and right banks. It was easy to Uber to Montmartre, and get a taxi back from the Eiffel Tower at night. We loved the little cafe located outside our front door. The food was great, and after our very first visit, the staff treated us like family. Best of all was Olivier, the property manager. He was helpful before and during our stay. Like a genie, he granted all of our requests, including a little shopping for us before we arrived. Just a wonderful experience.. We’ll be back!

Terrific Paris location

This apartment is very central to the 8th and the 1st, along with so much in Paris. Great...and I mean monumental shopping nearby if that's your thing. Limitless restaurants are very close as well.The apartment is spacious (by large city standards) and has three separate bedroom suites. They are not equally sized however, so if that's big deal take that into consideration. The master bedroom and bath are very large, the bedroom off the kitchen is adequate as is the bath, and the third bedroom and bath can be a separate suite, but are pretty small. The kitchen is well-appointed...not that we really cooked anything because there are so many great restaurants nearby. There is some street noise in the living room and master bedroom, particularly in the early morning due to trash pickup. There is also some early morning noise in the interior bedrooms due to neighboring properties throwing out bottles etc. But the noise level is not terrible, just present.I would definitely stay here again, but maybe as a group of 4 instead of 6.

Fantastic place in great location

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 5. With 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms it was ideal for the kids who wanted a bit of space. The interior décor was beautiful and bathrooms amazing. The location was perfect to get to everywhere we wanted to go (mostly by walking and taxi). The location is within two blocks of the Jardin des Tuileries so we were able to go for afternoon walks and even a few jogs early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

This place is beautiful and in a fantastic location, a block from Jardin Tuileries, surrounded by high end shopping and cafes and walking distance to Opera and Vendôme. And just so clean, well furnished, quiet, air conditioned and well run. I don’t think I’ve ever had better sleep in a city apartment! Highly recommend if you have the budget to be front and center in 1er.

You will not be disappointed with this property! Everything is perfect - the owner takes pride in making sure you will enjoy your stay. Nice linens, a fully functional gourmet kitchen, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, washer and dryer! It’s all there! Comfortable beds, large living room, dining area in the kitchen (at the bar) and separate table in the alcove of the living room. The owner, Olivier was the perfect host - responding super fast to any text I sent. He goes through the entire apartment with you at check in to make sure he answers all your questions. Close to shops and great places to eat. Also a market is just around the corner as well as Metro stations nearby. Within walking distance to all major attractions. You will LOVE this place!
