Found multiple hairs in our room and it’s not in the safest neighborhood. It is very close to public transportation which is all that mattered to us. The room itself was nice with friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Good hotel

Good hotel with nice staff. The whole hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, you can hear everything that's happening outside your room - lots of doors banging and people talking. The location is good as you can get everywhere easily but the street the hotel is on feels a little dodgy.

Good hotel near Gare Du Nord Paris

Needed a hotel near Gare Du Nord and this was perfect and well located tot he metro a few minutes away, reception stand very greenly and a lovely room nice bathroom with toilerties and tea and coffee in the room, Bed was comfortable and a good night sleep. the area of the hotel is in an upcoming part of Paris and some ok cafes and lots of people on the streets!!!

Very nice stuff super friendly and reliable, the room are clean. It’s just the outside I don’t feel comfortable on the neighborhood . The good thing of the area or the hotel is very close the metros, kuddos to that.

Room was clean and in good state, Staff very friendly and welcoming. It’s better then it looks from outside, The area is a bit concerning, do not walk around too much just go straight into the station to take the metro.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful when we checked in and out and very accommodating to the children in our family. There were lots of lovely small touches like the water bottles and tea/ coffees in the reception area. We had a family room which was a lovely big size, especially for Paris, and the bathroom was clean and very comfortable to use. The beds were comfortable and clean and we all slept well. There are plenty of bakeries and shops close by for food and snacks, and its only a fifteen minute walk to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur etc. With the Chateau Rouge metro stop five mins from the hotel and the Gard du Nord only two stops away from Chateau Rouge it was a great base to explore Paris from as a family.

We arrived a few hours before check in and we were graciously accommodated and allowed to access our room early. The room was clean and bright and sound proof which was amazing as we were on a busy street. There was free coffee and tea in our rooms as well as at reception with complimentary still and sparkling water available and biscuits to enjoy all day everyday. The staff were super lovely and super helpful especially Louise who went above and beyond to assist. The location was not far from the metro which allowed for easy access to get around the city and to many tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay in Paris!

Clean room.The staff is very nice. Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. Even though I had a "do not disturb" and "eco" cards on the door, one of the days my room was still tidied up. There was a weird ventilation noise every few minutes, like moving heavy furniture. No soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs, flushing toilets, talking and coughing in the next room and banging the doors.People getting ready - you wake up with them because you hear everything.

The best part about this property is the location. A 15 min walk from Gare Du Nord or a less than 5 min walk from 2 different metro line stations. And plenty of buses at thr doorstep. Apart from that, the room was small and the bathroom as well. While everything was clean and had no issues, I was expecting a decently spaced room and bathroom but it was not to be. We had moat amenities but didn't have an iron and a board to press clothes. The surrounding area of the hotel was not very clean and had some dimly lit areas. We didn't particularly feel unsafe at any point though. Breakfast was decent. They had free water and some snacks and coffee available which was nice. Overall a decent stay although I'm not sure I'd stay here again. But again, great location.

Great service, clean and comfortable

The hotel is located in a popular area of Paris (Barbès) with plenty of cheap stores and many many nice restaurants appreciated by locals. It is a five minutes walk from the Sacré-Cœur. The hotel is located 100 meters away from the metro station Château Rouge (line 4) and makes it perfect to visit Paris. The hotel is clean, but sometimes, depending when, corridors may be dirty because of guests. This said, our room was super clean and quite. The bed was confortable. What blew me away was the level of service: Spectacular! Super friendly and accommodating! I was celebrating my birthday in Paris and came with a huge cake which they kept for me in their fridge (they had to make room for it). They also have a nice bar/pub where locals go, and at least for us (thru Hotels.com), we had a couple of free beers! Very happy with this stay and the friendly staff!

Great little place to stay

Very convenient location with 3 Metro stops close by, a market next door and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room was actually quite big and the bathroom pretty big too. An elevator was a definite bonus. We didn't get a chance to try the bar but it looked like it was plentiful. Free water, coffee and hot chocolate was a nice touch
