Just finished an 8 day stay at this location and it is excellent! The location alone is 300ft from the Gustave-Roussey (spelling might not be correct) M-14 Metro station which means you are 25 minutes from downtown Paris for 2.5 Euro’s! Station was secure at all hours and very safe with excellent lighting! The hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. Dining options on the 10th floor, small workout room for fitness and of course was very clean and almost brand new. The area is being developed now that the metro station has come. Local food/shopping is a mere 15-20m walk through town. A huge Carfour grocer is also close! Water, sheets and kitchenette all in excellent condition. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would stay here again along with my family and friends, especially this is your first trip.

Ideal location very near new metro station, new hotel in good condition room was ideal with small kitchen facility, although no sauce pans only frying pans available. Only issue was the requirement to give a 100 euro deposit at check in, but for us and others they were unable to take it as a credit card as it would not work on their computer. They blamed our cards despite just having paid the costs of the stay on the same card! They insisted we had to pay in cash or we could not be allowed to check in, that left me with hardly any cash as i normally pay with credit card. Not a good start to our stay, you need to take cash for the deposit if you stay here!

The hotel was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quite large and the beds comfy, we had a fantastic view and the little kitchenette had all the amenties we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, on the subway line between Orly airport and city center (Gare de Lyon/Chatelet/Madeleine), literally 1-2 minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities, and plus the kitchenette with the fridge, the bathroom has the bath. Some minor issues I had was the constantly changing temperature of the water in the shower (may be some minor troubles because of cinstruction works nearby), and lack of room service, even the coffee supplies were not updated, and also TV had some programming issues. All in all hotel can definitely be recommended as a moderate-priced option for Paris.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is new. It was cimfortable and clean. The only downside is that the workout room was not finished being built and construction site around it whicj caused several issues with uber, taxis to find the hotel. Besides that it jas a breakfast room for 12 euros a person. I didn't ise it because i got an appartment room.

The property was clean and comfortable for the most part, as was the staff. It was an enjoyable stay. It was just a little further away from the main attractions of Paris than I would've liked but the metro station is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We felt very safe in the area. Unfortunately, it has very little amenities surrounding it - no grocery, pharmacy or restaurants. And the restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. That having been said, the hospital (a 3 minute walk away) has a "cafeteria" with quite a selection in it, that is open daily, and it probably has a pharmacy within it. Sadly, we only found out about this food option the day before we left and we were told by a few guests and not the staff. Also, it was also difficult to get any extras - we wanted a couple of extra pillows / towels - but only received one of each. I would still highly recommend the property and only leave the negative comments for improvement purposes.

New property, even though construction is happening around the building it did not bother me. Very close to station 14 that can take you to central paris. Station is also pretty new and it's not busy. Also there is a terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again
