There were several things not cleaned when we arrived and several things broken. There was hair in both showers. The plates & dishes were filthy. There were clothing articles and half used water bottles under the 1st bed. The bedding was stained. The curtains were filthy, as well as the walls. We paid to get cleaning products and clean the unit ourselves before we went to sleep the 1st night. Overall, the main reason we stayed was the 2nd toilet / shower and the location.
Check in was very easy and staff were very professional and helpful. We were initially a little put off by the lane way to get into the property but don’t be. The apartment was bright and clean. It’s not really suitable for very young kids due to the 2 twisty staircase and no barrier in the top bedroom but it was perfect for our family. We were there in July and it was in the mid to late 30’s and the apartment doesn’t have air con which I feel is the only downside. We did however contact the property manager and they were able to provide us with a few fans. WiFi is fine in the main room but not good in top bedroom. Location was perfect, metro was mins away which we used to get around and plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Overall it was a prefect apartment for a family of 6.
