Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment, fully equipped to meet your needs.

The living room offers a cozy space with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a large-screen TV, and a big table perfect for sharing meals.

The open kitchen is functional and well-equipped (stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher), making cooking a breeze.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double beds and high-quality linens.

The apartment features two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, along with shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer provided. You will also find a separate toilet.

For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, as well as sheets and towels for each guest.

Additional information: the apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building without an elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get very hot in summer during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account.
* The apartment is a duplex: the bedrooms and shower rooms are spread over two levels connected by a staircase. You will need to go up and down between the two levels, which can be difficult for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The shower rooms on the lower level are small, with very small washbasins. With eight guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 150 m² in the 11th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Faidherbe Chaligny metro station, in a quiet and bright apartment overlooking a courtyard, with three bedrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

You'll have full access to the apartment and all its facilities, with complete freedom.

Autonomous arrival 24 hours a day via digital guide. If you arrive after 11 pm, please follow the instructions carefully, as no assistance will be available before 9 am. We can be reached from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week, via the platform's messaging system or by telephone.
