Very nice apartment, fabulous location. Visible humidity damages in some walls that need to be fixed. In my opinion, for this very high end apartment, a welcome basket with a wine or champagne bottle, a few macarons, crisps and olives would be a touch of class for your clients. Also having more than one dishwasher and washing machine capsules, would be nice, a basic pantry for the guests (sea salt, pepper, olive oil) again would be a nice touch in your kitchen. Your customer support through whatsapp is excellent. Thank you!
