Magnificent new flat, just renovated (March 2024), air-conditioned, modern, quiet, fully equipped and tastefully decorated by professionals. Ideally located in the famous Marais district, one of the capital's trendiest, chic and liveliest areas, Mon appartement is ideal for a Parisian getaway with your partner, family or friends.

The place is as advertised and clean. My 0nly complaint was not being able to get a 2nd set of keys. We made the lock box work but a second set would have been easier.

Pros: The location is amazing. Very walkable to several attractions and an overall great neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked wellCons: There was a mildew smell that was there for our four day trip. Although the property manager said they would send a candle or something, it never came. We bought some stuff for the smell but honestly it helped only slightly. The biggest downside is that this place had absolutely nothing I have expected in other VRBOs. For instance, the kitchen had no salt/pepper, sugar, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, more than one bag for garbage, a drying rack, any hand towels etc. The bathrooms had no hand soap. The sheet on the bed and the comforter were the only thing. No extra sheets or towels or pillows. They gave three tiny things of body wash and we obviously used bought our own. The second bedroom has a shower but no toilet and the shower door opens onto the corner of the sink so you need to be careful. The property is on the ground floor (the two bedrooms) and basement (kitchen and living room) which has no windows. The couch was pretty but was very uncomfortable to sit on.There was also water damage in the ceiling and some damage to furniture that the property manager said they did not have time to fix from last guest. I do not hold that against them.The pictures look like the apartment but it is ultimately superficial. It was not very comfortable for our four day stay and we would not stay again.
