  • Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

    This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

    My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

    You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.
