This is a nice property in a wonderful location, on a quiet street, located near Notre Dame. It is well equipped, with nice bedding, and the kitchen offered practical convenience. It was easy to book and check-in, also. I gave this property only three stars because we were plagued with issues once we arrived. The electronic door wouldn’t lock when you exited the unit and the heat was not working. I contracted the manager immediately and we couldn’t resolve either that night, after delays in communication and videos, so they said someone would arrive the next morning at 9:00. We waited until 11:30 but no one arrived. Our communications went unanswered. We eventually left the apartment unlocked and returned that evening. The door was now locked, but the electronic door access code no longer worked. Though this was resolved more quickly, we now had a constantly beeping refrigerator. We’d spent a cold night and four hours of our Paris arrival working through apartment issues instead of being tourists, and we weren’t about to wait another few hours waiting for someone to address the constant beeping. So, we decided to move to a hotel. We asked for a partial refund, which was denied. They did offer a late check-out if we stayed, which didn't offer any real value since we had an early morning flight out.
