This was a horrible experience. The staff, INES, was very kind and very sweet. Everything else was horrible. They claimed to only clean once a week. They didn't do that. We had to go and tell them to clean after a week was up. They also didn't replenish our toiletries. We ran out of tissue and they told us we had to buy our own since we were there for so long. If anything because we were there so long it should have been automatic. The doors were broken and entry was hard. Staff was not available when needed. They weren't there during the night hours and because we were international we couldn't call on our cell phones and there were no phones on premise to call anyone. they had an emergency number but no phones to use to call that number. We had roaches in our room and the towels were only replaced once during our 13 day stay. This was a nightmare. And there were so many other problems it just doesn't make sense. They need to redo their whole concept or close shop. Also the pictures that were on the internet of the surrounding areas were all lies. There was another person who wouldn't even come in the hotel one night because there were 3 big rats in front of the doors. We saw rats every night. This place is a nightmare.

A good place for a week

This hotel has a good location: there are restaurants, stores and parks nearby as well as Metro station in a walking distance. The rooms facing to the street have a lot of noise even at night from the street, disco and cafe across the street. No AC in the rooms. Small TV set. Wi-Fi is weak and the Internet is sketchy in the evenings. Kitchen is tiny but it has a small refrigerator, sink, electric stove, all basic plates and utensils to fix a dinner.

So hot. Not realizing the whole building No AC installed. I have to check out 3 days prior my flight. I had to book another hotel which has AC available. I would not recommend this property on summer time. And yet, far away from the city center. Was too traffic and spend too much money for Uber

The property was not up to the standards regarding price and comfortably. Only by entering the room you could notice that it was not even close to the pictures they have online. It was dirty and ugly. The kitchen was falling apart, you could see how the sink was stabilized with 4 small pieces of brick in the edges. Now, the bathroom was horrible, it was dirty, the floor tiles were broken and the faucet was not proportionate to the size of the sink, so it was really uncomfortable to brush your teeth or wash your face. Also, each time you bathed, the water would splash all over the place, leaving the floor soaking wet. The windows of the property were dusty and had a lot of spider webs. The curtains looked like a piece of bed sheet hanging on the ceiling. The location of the property was far from downtown but it had a metro station nearby.

We arrived at the property and the doors are locked, the receptionist inside, we were told straight away the room clean is not included although the room description has room cleaning included in price, then as we enter from the hallways the place is right and very dirty. We entered the apartment with the door broken and the place is completely different to the advertised images. Everything you touch covered in grime. Pieces of wall fallen off near the bed and they never bothered to paint the wall when they changed the bed board. We barely managed to open the double bed for the kids and we soon realised we are feeling very unsafe in this location. Went downstairs after debating after an hour and let the new receptionist know that the place is dirty and clearly not as advertised as their photos. We took photos as evidence. We had to book another hotel immediately to replace this booking. The lady said they have other better rooms but they are fully booked but the room rate is non refundable even though I explained it doesn’t match their advertised photos. I am glad we left straight away as we felt increasingly unsafe in this location. Do not trust the photos. They were maybe taken 50 years ago. Today photos are nowhere near the reality

Stanza molto spartana, pulizia e cambio biancheria solamente a pagamento, alcune lampadine non funzionanti, un solo asciugacapelli per tutto l'hotel (!) con necessità di prenotazione (e in ogni caso non ha funzionato). Solamente se si vuole risparmiare.

La chambre correspondait à notre attente... Parcontre nous avons mon épouse et moi même été totalement déçu du petit déjeuner du weekend....(Apparemment récurrent d'après l'hôtesse de l'hôtel) pas de pain ou viennoiseries.Machine à café en panne... catastrophe pour un petit déjeuner au prix de 13 euros Ça mérite de la part de l'hôtel un dédommagement des petits déjeuners du weekend... heureusement que les personnes présentes n'ont pas fait de vagues pour tous ces désagréments.... Totalement déçu pour les petits déjeuners du weekend... Cordialement

Die Lage ist super, man ist nach ein paar Schritten bei einer Metrostation und schnell im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Küchenzeile etwas abgewohnt aber das störte uns nicht. Küche war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Gegend ist auch wunderbar, man fühlt sich auch Abends sicher.

Posizione non male , vicino alla stazione della Metro , personale gentile. Unica pecca è quella di non avere reception 24 ore. Mia moglie ha avuto bisogno di un asciuga capelli o di un adattatore per il nostro asciugacapelli ed ha dovuto aspettare 1 ora la mattina con i capelli bagnati che aprisse la reception, questo dopo che ho girato per 20 minuti intorno l'apart hotel per trovare un negozio che vende un adattatore o un asciugacapelli. Cmq lo consiglio.

Hôtel relativement bien situé, mais quartier bruyant (tard le soir et tôt le matin). Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, donc, en été, obligation d'ouvrir les fenêtres avec les nuisances sonores. Personnel accueillant (réception, petit-déjeuner). Petit-déjeuner suffisant mais pas de plats chauds (oeufs, bacon, ...)

Stedet ligger perfekt i fht.metroen. man kan tage gul M1 linjen som ligger få min gang fra hotellet, og komme langs alle seværdigheder til Seinen. Personalet i receptionen er venlige. Billederne ligner på ingen måde virkeligheden. Rengøringen var mangelfuld og selvom vi havde meldt vores ankomst tidspunkt, ventede vi næsten 1 time påværelset, fordi det ikke var rengjort. Der var utrolig meget larm fra gaden både om dagen og natten, fra trafikken og bar-livet! Hotelt var bl.a valgt fordi der stod at der var "støjreduceret" så hvis det passer, vil vi ikke vide hvordan det havde lydt uden støjreduceringen. Mørkelægningsgardinerne var et hit. Dobbeltsengen var god, men sovesofaen kunne være bedre. Dobbeltdynerne er både og. Lejligheden var stor, men indretningen var kold og kedelig, det ville klæde værelserne at få lidt parisisk charme og personlighed. Hvis man skal ud og opleve Paris hele dagen og kun bruge lejligheden til overnatning, virker det fint, specielt hvis man har ørepropper med.
